Poll Observer Form


  1.  What did you like BEST about the Poll Observer NCEIT training?

  2. The instructor was very informative.

  3. Great intro to NCEIT website and training modules.

  4. Jane gave a comprehensive training for new poll observers.

  5. All of the information about voting and the role of the Poll Observer.  THANK YOU.

  6. It was very informational.

  7. Small group - more opportunities to ask questions and get answers.

  8. Jane, you did good.

  9. Excellent information.

  10. Examples of what to look for.


  1. What did you like LEAST about the Poll Observer NCEIT training?

  2. Need checklists.(  Poll Observer Quick Reference Guide included in the handouts.  Also, Start Up and Shut Down procedures.)

  3. A bit of information overload.  Need to study.

  4. Jane, you did good.

  5. Nothing.

  6. It was all informational. 

  7. The room was cold.

  8. It was a little long.

  1.  What are your thoughts on the lunch and snacks for today’s training?

  2. NA

  3. It was great.  Probably more than necessary.

  4. Great snacks  and breakfast/lunch.  Super avocado dip.

  5. They were amazing.  Excellent.

  7. Jane, you did good.  Very Good!

  8. Great.  A lot of work for someone.

  1.  If asked, what would you tell your friends about today’s workshop training?

  2. Helpful and builds confidence in ability to perform the role.

  3. Yes!  I was thinking of several.

  4. Come and get involved.

  5. Attend.  Volunteer and be a Poll Observer.

  6. They all need to hear this.

  7. Very informative.

  8. It is worth the training because I learned many things about our election that puts our votes at risk.

  9. Very applicable.

  10. They need to register to be a poll observer.


  1. What did you like BEST about the NCEIT and SEIRS demonstrations?

  2. NCEIT is a lot easier than SEIRs. (My opinion.)

  3. Visuals.  Organization.  Paper copies.

  4. It illustrated that involvement is crucial to the democratic process.

  5. The instructor was super-very knowledgeable.

  6. Very much all of it. 

  7. Clear information. But also nice to know that the slides presented today were also accessible at the NCEIT website.

  8. Documentation is a good thing.

  9. Seems very efficient.

  10. Screen shots.


  1.  What did you like LEAST about the NCEIT and SEIRS demonstrations?

  2. I stepped out and missed some.

  3. Need to get hands-on.

  4. I hope it all makes a difference.

I will be sending you the dates and a Zoom link for the SEIRS training and account activation in the coming weeks. It is imperative that you Document, Document, Document! You are the change agent that is critical for NC to get the changes we need in our election laws. SEIRS is how we validate and verify.
