The North Carolina Election Integrity Team's Poll Observers are not only confident, effective and integral parts of the voting process, but are invaluable resources in their communities.

In Person Thus Far

IN PERSON Training will begin again the second week in January, 2026 and continue until early voting begins. We are currently looking for suitable venues.
We plan to accomplish 2-3 in-person sessions across the geographic regions of NC during January & February 2026- prior to the start of early voting in mid-February. Contact Jane Bilello with nominations of location and proposed dates. Need facilities with audio-visual capability and a stage or platform. Seating for up to 100 and a venue for serving a box lunch. Need a site coordinator and prospective dates for each in-person training session. Preferences are for Saturday training (Typically lasting 10AM-2PM, or so). SEIRS training will be included for each of those sessions. Add-on training may be provided for Judges & Poll Workers if needed.
